About Us

Who We Are

instaScript began as the collaboration of three like-minded reporters who wanted to provide accurate, professional transcripts with a quick turnaround to their clients, while also ensuring that all the often-overlooked elements of exhibit scanning and proper indexing, efficient and orderly read-and-sign protocols and genuine customer service were incorporated into the business model as well.

Our Mission

Kim Glover, Beth Kimrey McGinley, and Lori Harstad felt there was a dire need for a firm to incorporate all the elements of court reporting:

  • accurate transcripts
  • timely transcripts
  • professional, punctual reporters
  • statutory compliance in-office protocol
  • ensuring that we exceed our clients’ expectations

You will find that we have the most professional reporters in town, and we stress the importance of continuing education and ethics upon our team members.

Our reporting team is completed by the addition of Kortney Houts, Melissa Wilson, Jeanna Whitten and Leslie Johnston who shares the founders’ goal to provide accurate, timely transcripts to our clients with the highest level of professionalism and customer service found anywhere.

Succinctly, if we tell our clients that something will be done, it will be.
